My little goats are finally starting to eat the fodder. 1 more than the other tho! I was feeding them a goat chow 2 x a day and would like to give them that just once a day and fodder on the other feeding. They are small, one is about 25 lbs and the other 30 lbs. How much do you think I should give them? My fodder buckets have been weighing in around 7-8 lbs. I give a little less than 1/2 of it to ducks and peacocks 2 x a day and the rest to the goats and 2 horses( One has laminitis issues so I dont want to put her into a episode. She only gets a 2 x 2 square 2 x a day) The other has pasture so I only give him a small amount too.

i would feed them 2-3 percent of of their body weight in fodder a day.
