jude: I am starting today... where do I find barley or wheat I am in Bennett Colorado and am I right that you can stack trays on top of each other, it doesn't hurt to squash the sprouts?

Admin: Just type in grain Bennet Co on your computer search then start calling. Tell them you want barley or wheat for sprouting they will be able to assist you. I stack trays but on day three I unstack so they can then get light

Admin: Curt I grow fodder for my animals in my system as well as greens for my family to eat. If you want microgreens on a small scale you can sprout them in a jar, tray or the small sprouting system I have at fodderfeed.org

elinor65: I am just beginning to research building a fodder system and am in the horse business feeding about 12 head. We are in Northern California, Santa Rosa area. Is anyone else searching for seed sources in this area? Looking at sprouting barley.
