Seed Germination
Germination is a term that describes the moment when an inactive seed comes to life.
Room Temperature:
Seeds rely in part on temperature to initiate germination. When growing Fodder the optimum temperature for most seeds is between 65 and 75 degrees Fahrenheit once germinated and growing temperatures can be lower or higher. The colder the temperature the slower the germination and slower the growth. The higher the temperature the faster the growth. So with this in mind your harvest time may be slower/faster so you can start seeds earlier in buckets before sprouting as an option.

Farmgirl could be not enough watering or your grain try a different grain or a different dealer. I always bought in small quantities until I found a good seed source.
